A New Sheriff (proverbial) in Town?

The Director of Seattle Police Accountability resigned last week. He had received a good deal of criticism from the current Chief of Police, Sue Rahr, about his handling of officer discipline. It will be interesting to see if any changes now that there is a new director of police accountability. As the worm turns, as they say.
